Our client was a professional service provider to a large medical facility.  The medical facility tried to replace our client with a different provider and otherwise terminate the parties' written contract.  Our client, then represented by their prior lawyers, objected and tried to enforce their rights under the contract.  The medical facility then promptly sued our client seeking significant money damages.  

We were retained as litigation counsel to defend against the medical facility's claim.  Through research and investigation we uncovered significant wrongdoing and potential legal liability on behalf of the plaintiff medical facility.   Our business litigation attorneys then went on the offensive by filing a counterclaim against the plaintiff medical facility. 

Our business litigation attorneys successfully proved plaintiff's claims to be untrue.  We also proved the merits of our client's counterclaim and the damages they sustained from the medical facility's own breach of contract. 

Ultimately, we successfully defended the lawsuit AND recovered over $1,000,000 on our counterclaim.
